• Install Service Pack 2 for Office 2010. For some users, the Service Pack will not recognize your version. We have posted this issue to Microsoft and are hoping for resolution. If you cannot install, do the Control Panel/Repair steps below then try to run the service pack.

To use add-ins you already have, select My Add-ins. The add-ins you'll see will depend on the app you're using and the kind of Office 365 subscription you have. Office for Mac doesn't currently support organization-based add-ins. I have a client where they are having issues with the Word Add-Ins. They verified the same registry keys regarding load behavior of the Word add-in, all dword values are set to 3. They performed both an offline and online repair of office and also performed a repair of Laserfiche. With the release today of the first preview of Office 2016 for Mac (which has been a LONG LONG time coming as you will all know), I want to put forward the following plea to Microsoft. Thus far, on brief inspection, I have not seen any indications that add-ins will be supported in the new version of Outlook, or the rest of Office.

I have the cells formatted as 'text' and 'wrap to fit'. I have printed the pages and the printed version also has pound signs. I just want my text to show up! I have searched and read all the help files. I find the properties of an object, I see how I can 'lock', 'size and move with cells' or 'not move with cells'.
