Firefox For Mac Can't Resize Window

Thank you • • • • •.

Tired of sites that forcibly resize your Firefox window? A blogger at TechPwn shows you a simple way to stop that from happening. Mac/Linux users: Click Edit > Preferences. If you can’t access the green resize button because it is off screen, just click on the window you want resized and then navigate to the Window menu and pull down to ‘Zoom’. This will automatically resize the active window to fit on the screen.

The problem manifests itself with any of the 3 settings in tabbed browsing as well as clicking on a link and chosing Open in window.

This tag dos not provide a huge set of parameters. Which means quality setting is not easy to adjust regarding real quality for one specific image.Besides that, does all others features of this addon deserve a 2/5?Edit: I forgot to mention that things will be customizable for next version.

My only other problem with Firefox is that when the window is closed, the only way I can quit Firefox is with 'Force quit.' I appreciate your trying to help but it is getting to be a bore. I am using Safari now. In article, mike@POSTTOGROUP.invalid (Mike Rosenberg) wrote: > Moz Champion wrote: > > >?? Now you have me confused, it DOES work when clicking on a link then!

My thanks to the developer for this. The only additional feature I would like to see is the ability to compare the file sizes as well as the pixel size. EDIT: I'll also add that I have found the developer very easy and helpful to communicate with. This might have gotten a higher rating, but I definitely consider user/dev interaction in the rating.

• On Linux you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by quitting Firefox and then going to your Terminal and running: firefox -safe-mode (you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox) • Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled. Menu item while Firefox is running. Skype for business web app camera not working mac. Once you get the pop-up, just select 'Start in Safe Mode' If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the article for that.

Click the arrow to the right of it, and choose 'Normal.' Then click on 'Done' to the far right. You should now be able to resize the window by dragging the edges/corner of the browser window. I believe the default is 'compact' which prevents this. I can now resize my window, and my Taskbar is no longer hidden by Firefox.

At the time some images still might be not loaded. Correct way would be to initialize Flickity on 'load' event. Images will be loaded and Flickity slides will have correct size without the need to call resize., is there any way option to use load event instead of DOMContentLoaded could be added to Flickity? Or is it possible to do manual initialization with data attributes? I'd like to have configuration options on HTML side.

Hi, The images have been shot with a camera which uses Exif data. ARI is not a picture viewer software or something like this. Its purpose is to resize images inserted into a mail message: even if images are not handled in any way by ARI, Exif data are not handled by TB, so the images will be send 'as they are'. That said, i'm currently working on a new version which reads Exif data and will automatically rotate images upon Exif data orientation setting. Besides that, only 3/5 as rating for this 'non-issue' is sure a very harsh review. -- EDIT: Thanks for your review modification.

It's a long running problem with Firefo. Cd player for mac book pro 2017. When using window.open in firefox, I've noticed some peculiar behavior. I'm trying to launch a fully functional window, similar to target='_blank' in an anchor tag.

Did you ever suddenly find yourself with a window that is so large that part of it, including the title bar, is off the screen? For example, maybe somebody sent you an oversized picture taken with one of those many-megapixel cameras. With no title bar visible, you can’t move the window with the mouse. But there is an old trick that goes all the way back to Windows 3. It allows you to use the keyboard and a menu called the system or control menu to move or resize a window. Normally, this little-used menu can be opened by clicking on the icon in the upper left corner of a window but there is also a keyboard shortcut to open it.
