The machine shuts down & restarts right back up. Im stripped down to 2GB of memory ( 2 1GB sticks ) in the bottom.

I know I love my 17' MacBook. Looks great on my computer table. So, I am going to have to ensure that if they are replacing the motherboard this second time that they are using a board that most definitely does not have the same issue. It's extremely annoying whenever, they claim to have made the repair about a year ago, but were cheeky enough to use a motherboard with the same issue!! It appears that this first fix was using old design stock. Thank you for taking the time to reply.:-).
